Hi, I’m Krista
I’m a Creative Director with an Art Direction background, powered by curiosity and an ongoing love affair with creative problem-solving. I feel most at home where design and strategy meet, nudging ideas to be sharper, smarter, and more meaningful. I tend to spot patterns quickly and think a few steps ahead, which means I lead with a vision. Give me a solid brief, a thoughtful challenge, and a collaborative team, and I’ll happily guide the work to a more intentional place. Preferably with good snacks.
Mentorship comes naturally to me. I want designers to understand not only how to make great work, but why it matters. Watching people grow in their craft and confidence is one of the best parts of what I do. It has shaped my career more than any title ever could.
I’m also committed to building an industry where intelligence, creativity, and inclusion all fuel each other. In 2018, I joined a group of colleagues who were determined to rethink how our agency approached representation and equity. That work eventually grew into our Equality Committee, where I served as Chair, supporting the Racial, Gender, LGBTQ2S+, and Accessibility subcommittees.
At the end of the day, I lead with a genuine belief that creativity thrives when people feel respected, included, and safe to be fully themselves. And if we can have a little fun along the way, even better.
