Citibank is more than credit cards and investments. It’s also a gateway to getting out into the world. With Citi Travel, cardholders can book flights, lock in hotels, and turn ThankYou Rewards into real experiences, with perks and pricing that make the whole thing feel a little more within reach.
For Citi Travel, I built email design systems and a flexible toolkit, designed an informative travel portal, and created an onboarding video to help new users get moving faster.

Redesigned the Citi Travel Portal to be more user friendly, interactive and educational
Created an article template and librairy of relevant articles and tips for travel
Developed a page where cardholders can browse hotels in the Luxury Collection or Hotel Collections and book through the Citi Travel Portal
