Citi realized its Citi ThankYou Rewards members weren’t fully tapping into their card’s potential, so we set out to make things a whole lot clearer and far more fun. We created a user-friendly, interactive video that let people explore at their own pace and dive into the sections they actually cared about. It turned what could have been a dry explainer into an engaging, choose-your-own-adventure moment that helped cardholders get more out of what they already had.
